    Callus

Calluses are something we all have to deal with sooner or later. In most cases, they are not painful unless cracks are present. Calluses often form due to prolonged standing, extensive walking, being overweight, poor foot posture, and overuse.

    Treating calluses

Calluses can be treated in various ways if you handle them consistently. In cases of extreme callus formation, a medical pedicurist can remove the callus using the necessary tools. For home maintenance, a good file and balm are sufficient.

    Products to treat calluses

Here you see one of my personal favorites, the Lipikar AP+M Baume by La Roche-Posay. This balm is suitable for dry and sensitive skin. It is best to apply this balm after showering and allow it to absorb well. You can purchase this, as well as many other balms, from me starting at 30 euros, or you can order the balm via the link below on Amazon at a promotion.

Of course, it is also important to file or rasp the feet first. In my assortment, I also have several rasps/files that are sturdy enough to remove even the most stubborn calluses.

The callus rasps/files are available from me starting at 13 euros, or you can order them on promotion on Amazon via the link below.
